Who these are with
These terms are between you and Sunsoft LLC, 12531 NE 18th Street, Williston, FL 32696, USA, which runs PushButton Marketing ("we"). By using PushButton Marketing you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree for that business.
Your account
PushButton Marketing is invite only for now. You sign in with links we email you, so keep your email account secure. Everyone you invite to your team can do everything in your business; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
Using it fairly
You agree not to use PushButton Marketing to:
- email people who didn't give you their address or buy from you, or use bought, rented or scraped lists;
- sell anything illegal, or make false or misleading claims about what you sell;
- collect card details or passwords outside the checkout we provide, or deceive people into giving them;
- break the law, or the rules of the services it connects to (such as Stripe, Meta and Amazon);
- interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
We may pause or close an account that does, and we'll tell you why.
Your content and your customers
What you make, and your customers' information, stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it and process it only as needed to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to use what you put in it, and for your own dealings with your customers, including your refund policy and your taxes.
Payments
Payments your customers make go through your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. PushButton Marketing is free while it's invite only. Before any paid plan starts, we'll tell you its price and how it's charged, and you'll choose whether to continue.
Claude and other services
PushButton Marketing has Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, built in. Claude acts in your account when you ask it to, and asks before anything that sends or can't be undone. Check its work: you're responsible for what's published or sent from your account. The services it connects to have their own terms.
The service as it is
We work to keep PushButton Marketing running and your data safe, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will bring you any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
Ending
You can stop using PushButton Marketing at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data. We may end the service or your account with notice; we'll give you a chance to take your data with you, unless the account was closed for breaking these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If a change matters, we'll email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
