Who we are

PushButton Marketing (pushbuttonmarketing.ai) is run by Sunsoft LLC, 12531 NE 18th Street, Williston, FL 32696, USA. Write to us at hello@pushbuttonmarketing.ai.

PushButton Marketing is used by businesses to sell to their own customers. When you buy from or sign up with one of those businesses, that business decides what it does with your information, and its own privacy policy applies. We hold that information for the business and use it only to run the service for it.

What we collect

  • People who use PushButton Marketing: your email address, your business's name, the people you invite to your team, and what you make in it (pages, products, courses, emails).
  • A business's customers: what they enter on its pages (such as name, email and shipping address), what they buy, the courses they take, the pages they visit, and the ad that brought them, if any.
  • Visits: the page, the time, the browser and its IP address, and a cookie that recognizes a returning visitor and keeps a member signed in.
  • Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or keep them.

What we use it for

  • To run the service: sign-in links, the pages, checkouts, courses and emails a business sets up, and the results it sees.
  • To send the emails a business has set up, and our own account emails such as sign-in links and invites.
  • To keep the service secure and working, and to answer when you write to us.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

Only the services that do the work, each for its part:

  • Stripe, for payments.
  • Amazon Web Services, to send email.
  • DigitalOcean, where the service and its data are hosted.
  • Meta, to report ad results, only when a business connects its own ad account.
  • Anthropic, when a business asks Claude to do something in its account.

We also share information when the law requires it.

Email

Newsletters and follow-ups go only to people who gave their address or made a purchase, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect at once. An address that bounces or marks an email as spam is not emailed again. Sign-in links and receipts are sent because you asked for them or bought something.

How long we keep it

As long as the business's account is open, or as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations. A business can ask us to delete its account and its data.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you're a customer of a business that uses PushButton Marketing, you can ask that business, or write to us and we'll pass it on. Write to hello@pushbuttonmarketing.ai.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters to how your information is used, we'll tell the people who use PushButton Marketing by email first.
